"From December 2017 to January 2020, I had the pleasure to have Brianna as Visual Merchandiser in my team. This is a very important role in Blue Ocean Traders. The company has permanent wholesale showrooms in Atlanta, Dallas, Las Vegas, and here in Louisville HQ, this requires meticulous planning on multiple levels of moving parts - from navigating product data/performance history, to tradeshow/showroom logistics, to onsite executing a successful showroom set up, which includes hiring and managing different levels of set up crew. Brianna fastidiously and skillfully coordinated all these challenges independently to fruition, leaving no room for error.

Brianna is highly organized, she is proactive, a self-motivated worker, a team player, and highly independent when managing her projects. She is a fast learner, and adept to new working procedures very quickly. She combines her strong analytic skills with sharp observation and intuition in seeking meaningful improvements to maximize efficiency. She is also great to her peers, she is respectful, she is always willing to help others if her schedule permits. Both my department and the company cannot have enough of her positive attitude.
